CP has been around since the inception of crave in February 2006 and its launch in June of that year. His partnership group is built by amazing people- Craig Lothian, Rob Duguid and Rob Thomson.



Crave is an opportunity that continues to strive to reach its potential.  Craig understands the importance of relationships with people as well as a sense of place. Crave is a second home which he hopes you appreciate as much as he does.

Jonathan Thauberger

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Chef recently was awarded the Gold Medal Plate at the Culinary Championships! Jonathan and his team were very honoured to win amidst incredible peers.



Jonathan was born in Regina where his zest for all things culinary was ignited. He has worked and travelled extensively over 20 yrs fuelling his desire to learn more and experience what food and drink are all about.

 

His passion and acumen grow daily. His style makes everyday an event.

Jessica Wallman

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Jessica thrives on the everyday and shines during an event. Details keep her in tune with guests needs and desires. Her staff follow her lead of preparedness in order to provide an exceptional, yet accessible experience.



 

James Hanna

James is an extremely talented Chef. He is devoted to making things go in the direction best suited to the moment. Each dish and each day will be new. This keeps his food fresh while elevated- taste to be appreciated and remembered.
 

Marcie Faucher

CHEF DE PARTIE

One thing immediately recognized in Marcie is her attitude. She is genuinely happy. This life approach makes a hot + hectic kitchen relaxed when she is in it- not an easy task in this chaotic industry. Her demeanor allows preparation to plate to be clean and well-crafted.
 

Emily Nicholson

CATERING + OPERATIONS

Emily is Crave's longest tenured staff member. Her ability and loyalty combine to assist guests in creating events designed to celebrate their occasion or trumpet their company. Day to Day, she consistently moves Crave steadily forward.
